“Dr. Mark Hubbard graduated his bachelor’s degree in General Biology from UC San Diego in 1996. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2000. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Columbia-St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee. He is a board-certified Family Medicine physician in the El Norte Office of Palomar Health Medical Group – Graybill. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the California Academy of Family Physicians. He concentrated on meeting the primary care needs of patients of all ages. He endeavors to deliver quality care through careful listening, testing, explaining, treating, and helping patients navigate the healthcare system.”
