As a large company, it is hard to get to know everyone personally. When we had an odd situation, at least new for us, when a complaint came in to HR about someone behaving suspiciously. Despite checking out the complaint, we needed a fresh pair of eyes. After a careful investigation, and an undercover employee, it seemed that we had an employee taking and selling drugs on the work premise. We were so surprised, but we handled that immediately. After a few terminations and a police visit, we can happily say this issue is closed. We will be using them again as needed because they did excellent, discrete work.
