A-Pro Home Inspection

Jon at A-Pro Home Inspection was truly amazing. He was very thorough in his inspection of the house we were purchasing and gave us just the right amount of detail we needed to know once complete. The rest of it was very well explained in the review. He helped us prioritize what was immediate needs as well as what could happen a little later. Aside from the detail and professionalism, Jon has a great personality, answered any weird questions we had, and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and A-Pro!

I've had a nightmare of a time recently with different inspectors missing huge things and different inspectors never having the same report (I'm currently both selling and buying a home). Jon and his son (so sorry I forgot his name!) at A-Pro were the light at the end of the tunnel. Super nice, thorough, communicative, friendly, and quick! I've been recommending them everywhere and to everyone I can. Will definitely use them for inspections in the future.

My wife and I were very pleased with our inspection experience. Were were able to get the inspection scheduled quickly after getting under contract. Both Jon Jr, and Jon Sr were present for the inspection/sewer scope. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had many questions about the inspection, which were all patiently and thoughtfully answered. Both Jr and Sr were personable and approachable. Nothing but good things to say about out experience.
