Carlos was a stand up professional from start to finish. He was far more thorough than I could have even asked for and discovered issues that needed addressing that I would have never thought to look for or ask the owner about. It was our first time buying a home and it felt like he was on our side throughout the entire process which was a breath of fresh air. It's nice to know that he takes pride in his work and took his time. The office was extremely professional and courteous when contacted as well. Definitely going to keep these guys in my corner if this type of service is ever needed again. If you need a home inspection done, HIRE THESE GUYS.

From the first call, the people are very nice. They had available within 2 business days which is great when you are buying a house. The inspector was very thorough about it and answered all my questions, Carlos Molina is very knowledgeable and his input helped me to focus on what was important to make a decision about the house.

Excellent inspection services. Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and took photos of everything around the house. He even inspected the outside while it was raining and printed a copy of the report for us at the end of the inspection. I recommend Carroll's inspections completely.
