The installation was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job of making suggestions and sharing his knowledge. He did a great job of cleaning up after The instructional part of the system was ok but I had several questions the next day. He said to call him which I did. He never called me back. But I called the 800 number and got excellent instructions.

Highly recommend this company. They did a whole-house network installation running Ethernet wiring and access points throughout the house, including setting up a network closet. They were very professional and responsive. Because they have a local presence, they were able to come back to my house to make adjustments as needed until everything was perfect.
