The website is straightforward and Gerald is very responsive. Since we don't live in the city, we requested Gerald to coordinate with our real estate agent and he did exactly that. Before and after the inspection, Gerald reached out via phone to understand our concerns and provide his professional opinion which we highly appreciated. He even coordinated Hydrostatic and Termites testing. We are very pleased, with Gerald's subject matter expertise, his courteous nature and his ability to help us understand items of concern. The report has details on deficiencies along with photos of the problem areas and description and drawings of what correction will look like. Gerald went above and beyond the "usual" report and provided deep dives wherever needed. For anyone needing inspection reports, you need Gerald by your side. And I say this as a person that has requested such reports as a buyer and a seller. Gerald is one of the best!
