Our realtor contacted Benjamin from Olympic Shield to conduct a general home inspection on very short notice, as our inspection contingency window was only 3 days long. He was extremely easy to communicate with, explained every detail very clearly, responded to all of our questions, and was super friendly. He also included so many photos in the inspection report, and the inspection report was completed within an hour of the inspection. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better inspector! Olympic Shield also provides a very user-friendly online platform where you can see the inspection appointment details and your inspection report.
