Reckner Certified Home Inspections

My experience with Reckner has been fantastic. From start to finish, Steve and the rest of the Reckner team did an amazing job. Their inspection process was extremely thorough, and their reports are exactly what a home buyer should be looking for. We utilized Reckner for our first home inspection and it saved us from making a bad investment decision. Steve was very helpful and accommodating as we transitioned into the different property. Hands down, Reckner has been the best home inspection company I have used. I would recommend them to any home buyer looking for a reputable and professional home inspection company.

I'm so impressed with Steve and Nick! I cannot tell you enough wonderful things about these two and how well they work together to get the inspection done. I was first skeptical due to only wanting to do business with BBB businesses, but I'm so glad I went with them. My report is so detailed, they taught me throughout the inspection, and I had a question after, they called me back immediately. If I ever have to do this again these two are on request. Steve and his crew were very efficient doing a whole house inspection in an hour and a half. Their 69 page report was thorough and complete and organized in a manner that was easy to follow. The report had pictures and recommendations of things to be addressed in order of importance. Certainly would recommend them to anyone.
