I've rented with Maranville Realty for around 3 years in Aurora in two different condo properties. Karen and Nayely communicate most effectively and the repairs have been prompt. One time my heat went out and they sent a man the same day with electric heaters until it could be fixed. I don't have much to be discontent with. Maranville Realty has been one of the best management companies I have worked with.

Karen has been a great landlord she’s always so nice and has quick response time and great communication. We have lived in one of Maranville’s properties for almost a year and have had zero issues or complaints with Maranville.

They are an efficient family operated property manager. They answer emails and calls within a day. Rents are deposited in the first week every month.

The contractors they work with are professional and efficient, and the overall level of service is unmatched. Renting in Denver is a pleasure thanks to their professionalism and dedication.

Jonathan Oliver has managed my unit for several months now and has done well with any issues that have come up. It is easy to view any maintenance that was done via the owner portal. My rental proceeds get direct deposited into my account each month, super easy process! The team will also do an annual walkthrough of the property, and I know I can trust Jonathan's judgement with deciding if I should offer another lease to current tenants or find new tenants.

A most excellent and caring staff. We are tremendously grateful to have partnered with Stars & Stripes Homes, Inc. and are very happy with their level of service and expertise in this industry. If you want good people to work with; this is the company to work with. Hands down.
