Keyrenter has enabled me to be mostly hands off, so I could focus my time and energy on family and work. I have had very minimal vacancy and the tenants they screened and recommended always paid rent on time. They quickly addressed any maintenance issues that come up and my Property Manager, Sheila, keeps me in the loop as needed. We recently moved into a new house under Pure Property Management late March. We did have a few repairs needed throughout the house that needed attention; however, Alejandra Trejo was quick to respond and actively sought proper maintenance companies in a timely manner to help us out. She’s a rockstar. EXTREMELY grateful to have her helping us out especially when the A/C gave out. She had someone come repair the unit the SAME day! It’s obvious she leads her communication with respect and understanding.
