We recently moved into a new house under Pure Property Management late March. We did have a few repairs needed throughout the house that needed attention; however, Alejandra Trejo was quick to respond and actively sought proper maintenance companies in a timely manner to help us out. She’s a rockstar. EXTREMELY grateful to have her helping us out especially when the A/C gave out. She had someone come repair the unit the SAME day! It’s obvious she leads her communication with respect and understanding.
