I rented with them 2 almost 3 years. I moved out last year due to work but they are by far the best property management I’ve had. My current one that I’m renting from does not compare. I took for granted a company that cares because once you have one that doesn’t it’s night and day. They are fair and accommodating. They make the upgrades and repairs necessary BEFORE you move in unlike some company’s . They also responded to maintenance requests the same day or next day. They even call you to confirm all your needs. If you take care of your rental without a doubt you’ll get your full deposit back. If you see a rental you like go with these guys.

I own a multi family property in Corona, CA currently under Landmark management. All I can say is they are doing a great job. Their incomparable service of 7 days a week 9am-9pm is the best evidence of their commitment to their responsibilities. The other feature of their service is to give owners the freedom of using their own vendors or the company vendors. Also their price is very competitive.
