I just finished the the entire onboarding process with my property and the CRPM team and we were able to get a qualified tenant in place in less than 10 days for a large single family house. Taylor answered over 100 questions before, during and after my interview with her (this is not an exaggeration). She answered every question, gracefully, generously and patiently and for that she had my business almost immediately. It's still early on in the relationship but I am hopeful for a prosperous relationship with the CRPM team. If they continue to take of us and our property like this in the future, there really isn't any reason there shouldn't be.
