I’ve had the pleasure of working with Los Angeles Property Management Group servicing their apartment buildings and I can confidently say that my experience with the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first interaction, they’ve been professional, responsive, and incredibly organized. The communication is top-notch—whether it’s helping me schedule jobs, coordinating access, or addressing any issues that come up, they’re always clear and prompt. The management team genuinely values quality service, which makes my job easier and ensures their residents are well taken care of. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining their properties and work hard to create a positive environment for both tenants and contractors alike. We moved in at 4646 Willis Ave a little over a year ago and the experience with the managing company has been great so far. Communication is there all the time with announcements, maintenance requests get taken care of right away and building managers are on it. The building we live in is old but gets cleaned weekly, no trash anywhere, the pool is clean all the time too.

The representative provided excellent service and was very responsive to emails, calls, and maintenance requests. Despite the distance from their office, they made it convenient for me to pick up the keys for my new apartment. Thank you so much!

I had a small issue after the rain, part of a tree that faces my balcony broke off and was leaning into my balcony. I contacted Power Property through the maintenance portal on Christmas and they took care of the issue very quickly. David Diaz sent a landscaper who took care of the issue. I appreciated the quick resolution by David Diaz and also him following up and making sure that my issue was resolved.
