In the last 3 years of being a tenant of Minnix Property Management, I am so thankful to be apart of a rental company who listens, cares, and supports their tenants. Although not everyone is perfect, Minnix has done right by us for the last 3 years. From work orders, concerns, and to communication. These 3 key elements have drastically improved since 2022. The person who has been helpful and has served us, and the community, is Wendell Burris. The company has truly reevaluated its needs for tenants and has expedited each and every concern in a timely manner. Thank you for providing us a home when we needed you the most and giving us the best living experience. Thank you for everything!

I have had SO many questions, and needed a lot of help through this process. They have been absolutely wonderful in guiding me through and answering any and all questions I had! This has been a very difficult time for my son and I, and I could not have asked for a better experience finding and moving into our beautiful new home! I love the tenant portal and the way I was guided step-by-step on the move in process and utility bill setup process. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family in the future!

SARIA is AMAZING! She is professional and personable. We really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make our home search experience enjoyable. She was ALWAYS available to answer our questions, and gave us some great advice. She made sure we understood every step of the process. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! SHE IS THE BEST!

Dealt with an amazing agent Landry Smith. Went up on a Saturday luckily he was in the office. He showed us three beautiful homes we fell in love with one. He did his best to keep us on track on how to get this home for our family to be safe and comfortable. He was with us through the whole process he is a great and knowledgeable person.

We have had a great experience with Location Rentals. Dustin is our property manager and he has always returned our calls or texts the same day or no later than the next day. He has always been honest and upfront with our questions and has actually come to the property to help if a repair person can’t make it within a day or two. Good, good company.

Mary Kay has been absolutely incredible with helping my boyfriend get moved in quickly! It is evident that she cares for people well by the way she bent over backwards and put a rush on his application process to get him into his new home quickly. She laid out all of his options, was very thorough when answering all of our questions, and worked diligently to make the move possible. She truly goes above and beyond for her residents and multiple times I personally witnessed her check on her tenants to make sure they were okay and did not need anything just as they passed by the office. She is truly a joy to work with and I could not have thanked her enough. If you are looking for a safe place to live where you are more than just a number, I highly recommend calling her first. To her, you are more than just a number, you are truly viewed as a person.

We had a couple of maintenance problems in the rental we were staying in and Caldwell Banker staff was professional, and prompt in repairing the problems. The renters portal is easy to set up automatic payments. I would recommend others to utilize their services.

My husband and I are disabled, my husband has stargartz and can’t see very well and I am a polio survivor so it makes it difficult for us to fix simple issues ourselves. Coldwell Banker always sends a vendor to address our issues.
