G&M PROPERTIES REVIEWS

We turned to G & M for property management five years ago after having a rough experience with another company. They have been professional, and communicative and have taken great care of our properties and tenants. We are out-of-town investors and thus having a good management company is of the utmost importance, and G & M has exceeded our expectations. The most important thing they have done for us is provided us peace of mind that our properties are being well cared for and maintained. We especially appreciate Sara and how communicative she is when we have questions or concerns. We would recommend them for anyone looking for property management, especially if you are a out of town investor. They are worthy of your consideration and business. We are now 4 years into our professional relationship with G&M and we are happier than ever. They've steered us through a few challenging property acquisitions and maintenance situations and been so great to work with. If you need a property manager in Rochester, you need to reach out to them. Special shoutout to Krista who handles most of our property needs, she is the best to work with!

G&M properties has been outstanding in many ways. I had to move in an emergency to help take care of family out of state. They came in and reviewed my property, gave me some pointers on how my property could benefit from using their company and were able to list my house within weeks. G&M properties has made sure that my property maintains its originality and that all aspects of my property are well taken care of. Communication is well reciprocated as they make me aware of any and all issues that tenants may have had or needed. I have had no complaints and if there is any misunderstandings G&M properties are sure to explain what has been done and how the process is executed.

I've worked with lots of property managers over the years, and I have to say, Mike and his team are top notch. They are a local business that know the area, and know how to take care of there clients: landlords and tenants. Their staff is responsive. Maintenance quick and effective. And, the online portal is convenient and works every time. The next time I need to rent, buy or lease my own place, they are my first stop!

As an out of state investor, I know how important it is to have a property management company that you can trust managing your properties. With Nada and her team, I have never had any worries or issues. They are great to deal with, very quick to respond to questions, and I never had an issue with receiving any funds.
