I always find moving very stressful, but Dominic was FANTASTIC at communicating with me throughout the process from booking (and confirming) a tour to signing a lease. He was attentive, quickly responding to every question, almost regardless of the time of day. He clearly cares deeply about everyone he leases to, making a point of getting to know them and their needs and skipping hidden fees. He works hard to maintain and improve his properties. He tries to build a community, not just isolated people living in the same house. I could not have asked for a better experience than my experience with Dominic and Real Property Associates.

Kyle was such a nice gentleman and very straight to the point about getting the job done! He helped fix my ceiling and figured everything out promptly and professionally! He also helped by vacuuming up the debris the previous workers left, I'm including some before and after pictures.

Our technician, Mike, was so personable and efficient. He fixed all the issues that could be tackled the day of his first visit and promised to return with the supplies for the next few jobs that needed done. Overall we were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding about the tasks that were required for our comfort in our new apartment.

This is one of the best decisions we made when we left Seattle. They have been incredibly good. We are exceptionally pleased with the service Bruce offers us. He has been so helpful. He goes to our house almost immediately if there are any problems. He basically takes care of all the problems himself and only loops us in if there are any big decisions that need to be made. Bruce, makes sure things are running like a clock. He has so much expertise in this business that we totally trust him to be doing things in our best interest. Bruce is just amazing!.

Maple Leaf Property Management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. From prompt maintenance requests to clear communication and efficient handling of tenant concerns, they make property ownership stress-free. Loved this place so much Dotty is so great, very friendly and has been so helpful through our whole stay! We stayed at The Cove and there’s great parking easy access to so many places. Never had any problems with any staff or the apartment itself I highly recommend! people here are great and stay to themselves super quiet and so great in the summer as well so much lighting and so cool! Maintenance is quick and he’s so nice if there’s any problem or maintenance needed for whatever reason he will definitely be there asap.

Just moved in not too long ago, and ended up having to get a new stove installed. It was a very fast process, and Zack is awesome and got it installed in a jiffy! The few things I’ve needed help with right away, he was on top of it, and very kind! Thankful for the maintenance staff and property manager for helping me get things figured out in a quick manner.

Our maintenance worker Zack has been great and very helpful! He has even came by on his off time to help us with with an issue we were having in our home. Very thankful for that.
