We have been with Blue Fox Properties for years. We have had other mgmt companies as well. Blue Fox is head and shoulders above the others. They operate with true professional standards and are there for both the owner and the renter. The vendors they use are also skilled professionals and I know I can trust that the jobs will be done the right way. Recently, I've had the pleasure of working with Celeste and Natalia. They are very responsive and hard working in order to do their best in a very timely manner. I don't know what I would do without all the help they give me--as I'm out of town and unable to deal with the challenges that come up on a regular basis. Thanks so much Natalia and Celeste!

Veronica Garcia has been our leasing agent at Tucson's Fort Lowell Realty and Property Management for well over 8 years. She is quick efficient and always provides us with great communication between us and our landlord. We have always received repairs in the home or replacements for appliances in a timely manner. We have rented this home so long because we have such great service from Veronica and the landlords. This was an older home and over the years they have done upgrades and replacements of things along the way and even replaced the roof. We have lived here so long because of the professionalism that we receive from Veronica.

The fact that she was dealing with multiple tenants and was so communicative with me, says so much about her! It made me feel that I was 100% making the right decision to work with New Concept. The entire process was smooth and I was able to move in very quickly. I had some hiccups with my move in, but everything was quickly taken care of and addressed. Chris followed up with me consistently to ensure I was doing well. I’m really happy with my new place and would highly recommend working with New Concept to other potential tenants.
