My experience with AAIMS has been great since they began managing my rental property. Specifically, my property manager Sarrayyah has been outstanding! She put my home on the market for rent extremely quickly and found me great tenants!! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She assisted me with all my questions and concerns. The rental process went extremely well, and she kept me notified throughout the entire process. I can relax knowing she’s looking after my property. I love love the great and amazing customer service I received from Aaims after a difficult time in my life and displaced from my rental, Aaims welcomed me with open arms I was treated with respect and as if I was a long time resident. All paperwork was easy peasey and the process was quick I applied and a week later was moving in my new place.
