Bob and Rachel were top tier professional and knowledgeable. Made purchasing a home easy. Getting us the best rate for us and helped us navigate the process. The online portal is extremely easy to navigate. And if questions were to arise they both were a text, call, email away and was quick to respond. They made you and your concerns and feel important, and first priority. They make you feel like family.

The homebuying process with Veterans United was easy and smooth. There was always someone available to help, and the team truly cares about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I can confidently say they work hard to get you exactly what you want. I’m so happy that Nicki Torres and her team worked so diligently on my refinance; so that I could use some of the equity I had in my home. Nicki and her team got to work very quick. Everyone involved up until the closing worked so well together, from Inspection of the home, fireplace, water inspection and Shoaf Law Firm did an exceptional job making sure my needs were met and then some. Their communication with me was the best I’ve ever experienced. This is my third time letting Nicki Torres and Movement Mortgage take care of me from buying my home with her too having done two refinances. Each time was impeccable. This will not be my last with Nicki Torres and Movement Mortgage. I most definitely have recommended her company to others and will continue to do so In the future.

Nicki & her team (Holly,Vanessa, Hannah) to name a few were AMAZING! Actually that’s an understatement. I had a complex situation HOWEVER Nicki’s expertise and knowledge got me to the closing table. She did what many other could not. As a matter of fact 6 lenders. Very prompt , efficient and personable responses is what will remain with me FOREVER!
