Arizona Property Management & Investments

We were tenants of one of AZ Property Management’s rental properties for almost 5 years. We found them to be far more reasonable and fair than other rental management companies we have dealt with in the past. Additionally, they acknowledged the hard work we put into leaving the property in excellent condition, and they gave us our security deposit back without trying to nickel and dime us. We appreciate them as a tenant, and I imagine property owners would appreciate the company for their management skills.

I have been renting through Arizona Property Management for the last 6 years now at 2 different locations. They have always treated me with respect and have been fair with any issues that have popped up with the properties. Payam has been in my corner for contracts and repairs. I treat the property as my own and they appreciate that. I have never had a problem being reimbursed for anything I paid for and repaired on my own.

I would highly recommend Payam and the Arizona Property Management & Investment group. I have been renting with them going on a year and just renewed. The team has gone above and beyond during my time here, so much that I am now looking to use him to purchase my future home. All maintenance requests have been answered promptly and resolved. Working in the property management field, I know how difficult this business can be. The team is doing a fantastic job. 10/10
