3 Best Mortgage Companies in Glendale, AZ

To make a very long story short, I had to refinance my house and started looking over the weekend. I googled best mortgage companies and Rocket Mortgage came up as number one, so I filled out the information received a call from an employee and started working the process. I got an interest rate of 7.25, Which I thought was very high, but I had to get this loan into my name by the end of the month. I kept trying to remember the name of a company I had heard on KTAR that got good reviews, and could not for the life of me remember, until Monday, it just hit me. It was Lund Mortgage company. I made a phone call and was given to a mortgage employee by the name of Matt Oliver. I worked with Matt on their process.He worked with me very closely and got all my information. I told him that I had been filling out paperwork with Rocket Mortgage. He said that Lund Mortgage is a broker and he could get me a much better deal. Well, the story is already long so let’s shorten it up. He got me an extremely good interest rate on a conventional 30 year loan, which is what I wanted. I don’t have any money to put down so they were able to wrap the closing costs into the mortgage for me because I had enough equity in my house. I am going to sign closing papers tomorrow and my house will close by the end of the month, which is less than 30 days from start to finish. I could not be happier with a mortgage company than I am with Matt Oliver and Lund Mortgage. I highly recommend Lund Mortgage and their team for all of your Mortgage needs.
