Phenomenal performance. I first found Copper Key via other users' reviews and found that their real-world performance actually exceeded the reviews. As a homeowner, Copper Key was invaluable in screening for quality renters (we had a succession of quality, long-term renters who paid on time and didn't trash the place) and was very proactive in maintaining the property. All in all, we were thus able to live as remote landlords with complete ease of mind. In the end, after ten years' time and we were ready to sell, it was easy to select Copper Key as our selling agent. The numbers tell it all: due to their excellent management, we nearly doubled our investment. Copper Key is worth every penny. Would definitely use again given the opportunity.

Of all the properties I reached out to, when moving from FL to TN, Copper Key was the only one willing to work with me, by video calling me and giving me a virtual tour of the house. Since moving in in January, they have been extremely fast in addressing all of my needs with maintenance requests, which is rare these days. Highly recommend! Placing work orders on their website is very convenient. Any time I have placed a work order, The Maintenance Team is quick to respond and assign a vendor to fix our issues. Also, the Application process for our rental was smooth and straightforward, responded quickly to any questions or concerns.
