We were selling and buying a house at the same time and one couldn’t happen without the other….didnt want to be homeless. Heather was able to make it happen even in this crazy market. She jumped through hurdles, worked late hours, was always reachable when we had questions and concerns. We are very grateful the efforts she made and just getting things done. Highly recommend if you want a realtor who is easy to work with, personal, cares about what the customer wants and who is realistic about the market.

Heather was excellent to work with! She listened to what we wanted, took the time to show us numerous homes and negotiated fiercely on our behalf. We relied heavily on her knowledge of the area because we didn’t know much and wanted to purchase in a safe, quiet area that was close to shopping and a park. We definitely recommend her and her team and will only work with her in the future.

My husband and I worked with Tori Thompson and the Steve Nash team. I can confidently say that they provided the best experience we could have had. Tori is extremely nice, thorough, understanding, and not pushy at all. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in the VA loan which was what we were using. She set every tour up in a timely manner with no pushback on the amount of tours we wanted, and she never pushed after we said we didnt like the home. Tori was also extremely quick with answers to any and all questions we had. She found us our dream home extremely quickly. We were looking for less than a week before we put our first offer in. If anyone is looking for an incredible team, this is them. Thank you Tori!!!!
