I have been extremely happy with the Keyrenter group (Jim Elfline and associates) and wish I had started working with them a long time ago. They make being a remote owner about as low stress as possible and have been very accessible for both the tenant and the owner. They are well connected as far as finding people for repairs or any sort of service call and work to find cost effective solutions to issues. I have found their rates to be very fair too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
