I experienced excellent customer service from Brandi. She was kind patient, helpful knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt so comfortable. I was so glad to learn that a live person would be showing me the home and will be able to conducting business with human being. I didn’t want to send my credentials to someone I probably will never meet. The office staff was great also! I’m big on customer service so I really appreciate it! I love the manager in this office Ms.Erica is the best. She is understanding and very polite. She is always attentive to her tenants needs and is very dependable. They make sure you are always token care of, in every way especially maintenance issues! Overall, I love All the office the staff they are the best . I would recommend anyone to rent from their Property Management company.
