This was hands down the best property management company that I worked with. I rented a duplex with them for 3+ years and had nothinAfter many years of renting in mid-Missouri, this is by far the best property management company I have encountered. Excellent service in every aspect. So much so, there were times I forgot I was renting and felt a real sense of ownership and pride in my residence. Dan and the team at Midwest Property Management go out of their way to make that happen. Recently had to relocate due to a job transfer, but if ever back Columbia this company would be my No. 1 choice.g but the best experience. Dan the owner was prompt in checking with work requests. He always made sure to send updates about the work needing to be done and it was don’t in a timely manner. They were always so nice and professional with everything. Unfortunately, the owner of my duplex decided to sell the unit to another property management company and I have seen the bad side of the business with them. But Midwest was hands down the only rental company I will ever go with. They’re wonderful!

I rented from this property manager for almost two years and had a good experience with them. They responded promptly to my texts and emails, our maintenance requests were carried out in a timely manner, and their website/payment system is easy to use. I would definitely rent from these guys again.
