The Property Shop

As a new tenant I have been extremely impressed with the Property Shop. From the first contact to request a showing the response time via email was very fast! Everything about the application process was organized and professional. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with! The other thing I am so impressed with is the response to maintenance requests. The work was completed quickly and was of high quality. The maintenance staff was friendly and professional and made sure to let me know prior to going into our home. Overall I would highly recommend anyone to rent through the Property Shop, I'm glad I did!!

We were looking for a small apartment for my mother-in-law in a specific part of town. We contacted them and they quickly let us know of a place. It has been a great place for her. They have been great to work with if we needed anything. My mother-in-law renewed her lease with no hesitation. We feel good knowing she can count on them if there are any issues.

The Property Shop has an amazing team! I've been renting from them for 8 months now. They're kind and take care of my every need. I've never had a negative interaction with them. I've witnessed them dealing with some really rough situations, and they are always so professional. I love my duplex, and my management!
