I highly recommend this company. The ladies at the office answer all my questions and concerns without hesitation. I recently moved in to my apartment and every time I need a maintenance work done the techs are super quick to come by and solve the issues regarding my maintenance work orders I usually get contacted in less than 24 hours. Overall I love my experience with northern pass properties. I hope to stay leasing with the company for a long time.

We had some issues when we first moved in and the next day they came out to fix it. The maintenance man Mr. Lopez was super quick and efficient, completed the repairs in less then 20 mins.

The tech that came for the electrical repairs very professional. He removed te problem immediately. Very attentive, knowledgeable and you can tell he likes his profession. I was very impressed.
