Rick has worked very hard to ensure me and my husband are taken care of as tenants. I am a big believer that trust is earned, and he truly has earned ours. End of the leasing period is typically a headache for everyone, but he has done much to alleviate that and streamline the process with careful attention. It is obvious he is passionate about his work and proud of his team, which I’m sure if they have half the work ethic he does, they are on a great track. 5 Star has earned its name in my eyes. As we have lived here, we have also had very positive interactions with all maintenance personnel. The hiring manager(s) are doing a very good job at selecting high quality professionals.

I am really happen with Northern Pass Properties management to manage my property. They have the A+ team. They really took care of everything. Jaclyn Garcia was a big help to find the right investment property from day one. She made sure everything was done property, to think and to fight for what as good for the buyer whom she represented. Dale, Lisa and Erika worked so efficiently to put my property on the rental market once it was ready, and they found me a tenant within a few days. I was really impressed that when the AC wasn't working during the hot days, they took care of this effortlessly for me. Being an out of town investor, I have nothing but praise and appreciation for what they had done. I was initially hesitate in dipping into rental property again since I had a bad experience with a local property manager years ago, but both my daughters have good experience with Dale and Lisa managing their properties, I decided to give a try.
