Having been an HOA Board member for several years, I have seen how the industry has changed, putting more pressure on Board volunteers and community managers. Therefore, a community needs a manager with experience and who understands the state laws—someone looking out for the Board and the community. Though I wish managers had fewer properties to manage, I think our manager, Amanda S., is doing a great job servicing our community. She has put the Board in contact with other RowCal departments, and they have responded quickly to any request I may ask. The bottom line is a Board of Directors needs an experienced manager they can rely on, and trust and Amanda is that manager.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the Rowcal Management team for the excellent service. I have been a landlord for many years, and I have used a number of different property management companies. However, Rowcal is one of the the best I have ever worked with. Special thanks to Mrs Bree and Mr Derek. They are great people to work with. Thank you all.

I want to give Megan Davis recognition for providing great service as a Community Association Manager. She has been taking good care of our homes and is great to work with. We are fortunate to have her as our Manager.
