Alix & Connor were a delight to work with from start to finish. After hours and hours of searching through Instagram and Google searches for a videographer for our wedding and none quite speaking to us, we finally came across Acts of Adventure. We were initially drawn to their storytelling and focus on the couple, the people, and scenes of place. Upon reaching out to them, we had a couple interviews where they’d ask us questions about ourselves and our vision so they could best understand us. My husband and I had a small wedding where many of our family members were unable to join so we knew early on that we needed to capture every single part of that day in a way that could make our grandparents and family members feel like they were there. Connor and Alix unraveled every inch of our vision and understood we wanted to capture emotion and sense of place over the mundane things. They helped us through the package process and we ended up adding on to get the raw footage and I’m so glad we did! We are also so impressed with the format of which they organize the videos. overall, they were professional and so fun to work with. They heard us and their work showed that.
