Vanessa Cooper did a fantastic job getting me in to my new oakhurst apartment. Always gets back to me in a timely manner and very professional. She is willing to go out of her way if it means making your own life a little easier which is something I greatly appreciate. I have nothing bad to say and I highly recommend vanessa and San mar properties.

Single family is amazing, work orders are done in a timely manner and they are so quick to respond with any questions and work orders I may need. Keep up the amazing work. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Vanessa Cooper was very friendly and made my move very smooth. Erick did a great job on remodeling the bathroom. Very quite and I don't hear the kids playing at the school. It's a nice place to live.
