They start working on the rental details before we even close on the home so once we do close they are ready to start marketing to get the investment properties rented fast! Kara and Ten20 Property Management managed our house for over 5 years. This company was professional and beyond resourceful for owners like us who were states away. Until we hired Kara, I managed our property myself and she alleviated so much stress for me by handling absolutely everything.
