I am renting one of the older apartments, and Gary from maintenance has been great at solving my furnace and hot water issues. The location of the appliances is also in a hard-to-reach space and Gary had no problem climbing into it. He was also very respectful of my time and my apartment. It was a bonus to be able to communicate with him directly instead of having to go through the ticketing system. The property manager also follows up and ensures that the work has been completed.

I had a fantastic experience with Lindsey Hebert during my move-out process at Upper LLC. Lindsey was an excellent communicator, always available to answer any questions and clear up any concerns. Her helpful and understanding nature made what could have been a stressful time, much smoother and more manageable. Thanks Lindsey.
