"Dr. Francisco J. Torres has been board-certified in psychiatry for over 17 years. He earned his medical degree from Juan N. Corpas Medical School in Bogotá, Colombia. Dr. Torres completed his psychiatry residency at Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Training Program, affiliated with Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He also completed a fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) at Columbia University. Dr. Torres provides individualized psychiatric care tailored to each patient's clinical needs. He is the President and Chief Medical Officer of JNC Behavioral Services and serves as the Medical Director of Palms Behavioral Hospital in Harlingen, Texas. JNC Behavioral Services offers outpatient psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, and correctional psychiatry services. Dr. Torres works in collaboration with community physicians to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for his patients. He is supported by a professional and dedicated team committed to delivering quality patient care.
