He has over 40 years of experience providing expert psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and college youth, from ages 5 to 20. Dr. Mark L. He has extensive experience in crisis stabilization, foster care needs, and different levels of care, including prior medical director positions at inpatient hospitals, residential treatment centers, and adolescent and adult developmental group homes.
