I've been with dr Ladd for 5+ years now. She's smart, kind and very very good at her job. She has really been a lifesaver. I'm doing better than I've ever done thanks to her. I can't recommend her enough. She has been amazing and I'll be grateful to my dying day for her care and diligence. Truly a standout psychiatrist. She's no nonsense and will carefully work with you to find medications that allow you to achieve a good quality of life. She really is the best.

Dr. Ladd has been a compassionate and caring psychiatrist helping me to manage my depression and grief after multiple deaths of family members. She is always patient and listens skillfully and carefully. I always feel seen and heard as a whole person even for 15-minute med. checks.
