"Sunset Park has over 324 acres of parkland, playgrounds, walking trails, a splash pad, shaded picnic areas, and open turf areas. The park has volleyball and basketball courts, softball fields, a dog park, a disc golf course, and walking and jogging trails. The park hosts numerous special events, including the Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival and a Clark County signature event. Sunset Park has nine softball fields, five playgrounds, two Little League fields, eight basketball courts, and several miles of walking paths. The park offers a fitness course and is an excellent park with plenty of playgrounds for kids, outdoor exercise stations, and a large pond/lake with lots of ducks and geese, both wild and domestic.

2026 Update: Sunset Park features the last remaining dunes from historic Paradise Valley preserved inside the park. The park contains Sunset Park Pond, where visitors can fish for free with a license. It has two separate dog runs for small and large dogs with a shaded picnic space."

"Floyd Lamb Park is a 680-acre public park with walking/jogging paths, fishing, picnic areas, historical areas, mountain bike trails, and a pump track for BMX and bike riders. The park provides opportunities for visitors to learn about the traditional working ranch and Las Vegas lifestyle. The park conducts various concerts, festivals, and programs. The park has four lakes that are stocked for fishing. Floyd Lamb Park has tree-shaded groves alongside fishing lakes. Visitors can enjoy fishing, picnicking, walking and biking trails, and even horseback riding. The park has vast spaces for kids to play and enjoy their free time with families and friends.

2026 Update: Floyd Lamb Park Nevada Division of Forestry State Tree Nursery inside the park. The park is located around the historic Tule Springs Ranch, showcasing early Las Vegas ranch life and historic buildings. This park has surrounded by views of the Sheep Mountains and Spring Mountains."

Lorenzi Park is a beautiful park with many birds and a huge pond, playground, and ball fields for kids, and people enjoy fishing. There is a green space for sitting and relaxing in the evening. The park has large parking areas, also for large operations.

2026 Update: Lorenzi Park is listed on the city Historic Property Register and the Nevada State Register of Historic Places. It has a spring-fed fishing pond, lakes, reservable picnic areas, sports fields, and a water-play children’s playground. The park features twin lakes as its centerpiece of the park, with licensed fishing allowed."
