Frank exceeded our expectations; made excellent recommendations to maximize the return on sale; was always responsive immediately to any inquiry; and brought in contractors to do any work quickly, with good pricing and results. Elizabeth Do Realty is a God send. They helped me through a difficult time in my life - to sell my elderly and disabled parents' home and move them into a home. One they could manage on their limited income and mobility. There weren't a lot of options for us, but Elizabeth took a personal hand in the situation and found the solution we needed. It was a lot of work in a short amount of time, but Elizabeth and Danny worked tirelessly to make it happen. Both she and Danny were available night and day, and I would often receive messages from them well into the evening - updating important hurdles overcome and telling me what was required next and exactly how to get it done. They did nearly everything, all the heavy lifting. They were able to get my parents' home sold and escrow closed in 3 weeks - 7 days before foreclosure. Not only that but they got the escrow closed on the new home in less than 3 weeks, and even helped with the closing costs! They patiently explained all forms and helped me through it all. They explained the costs in detail. Advised me on what was mandatory, and what was optional, advising honestly on costs that could be skipped given our situation. They put us in touch with movers, who turned out to be hard working and honest. They helped us with appliance disposal - at no cost to us.
