Brian helped us sell our home in record time (I think it was in contract in about a week or two?). I had originally located him when looking to sell my mothers home in Fremont, and ended up using him to sell my home in Hayward. Brian was AMAZING. I think what I appreciated most was his transparency on expectations, given the market at the time.. and still sold for over asking price. Brian easily surpassed all of our expectations. He took care of everything- from inspections, photos, scheduling visits, open houses, staging.. the whole bit. He even helped us identify a handyman to do a few projects we never got to. He's professional, communicative, promptly responded to any questions we had, and always had a solution if something came up.
