I just got the key of my house today. This is not my first time to buy a house, but this is my best experiences I ever have to work with a best realtor agent CHRISTY LE. She is very kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable in her field and fast responding. Whatever questions you have related to real estate, she will find the answers and explain for you very well. She took me to see houses over 3 months and finding the best deal. Beyond that she is extremely nice. I went to see the houses on Feb 1st,2023 and got into a major car accident. She helped me gather all my personal belongings in the car and collected all the information of whoever involved in the car accidents while I was taken to emergency room immediately. She went to the hospital and stay until my relatives arrived to make sure I’m safe. I’m grateful with all her help to get my house and help me personally with my car accidents. If I could vote 10 stars for her, I would!

I’m giving Chanier Owens of the Curtis Johnson Team a 5 out of 5. Chanier maintained professionalism and found me and my family the home we were looking for! Chanier showed that he was working hard for our wants by finding us a home that had not even hit the market; and made an offer to ensure the buyer sold to us at a price well within our budget. Being objective about this process, Chanier followed through with his promise. He was able to sell our home over its market value and provide for a seamless transition for move in. I recommend him over any realtor that I’ve used previously and will definitely use him on our next buy.

Mark was extremely attentive, and personally invested in helping us find the right home. Made several trips across town for showings and always responsive when we had questions during the process. His insight and experience helped us immensely during and after the shopping experience. We honestly initially thought we would do the leg work of picking homes to see from online resources but ultimately Mark found the home we purchased and it was not one we had even seen or known about. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Mark Phillips.
