3 Best Property Management in Chandler, AZ

I have had a wonderful experience renting a home managed by Caldwell Property Management. I have rented in a lot of places including other houses and apartments. It can sometimes be a real gamble if you'll get property managers who seem to actually care about tenants in more than just words. I have found Caldwell to be very responsive and reliable. The few times I've had to make an emergency call, they had my back. When I've needed to make changes on the lease, they make it super easy. When I've needed repairs around the house, they get it done in an organized way. The contractors they hire to do that work have been awesome as well. Heck, even the guys who have come to do our rental inspection are super nice. Renting can be frustrating sometimes, and I'm grateful to Caldwell PM for keeping things easy, and having our back when we need it.

I rented a house in Las Sendas, Mesa and spent wonderful time for 3 years with my family. The house was clean but getting old and needed maintenance occasionally. Requesting maintenance was very easy and all personnel who came to fix were very professional and generous. I would like to thank Caldwell Property Management for providing stress-free environment. I know there are mixed reviews here about Desert Wide Properties but I want to give my honest review with my experience! The entire staff has been amazing, Bethany, Heather, Tiffany , and Desiree! Bethany and her team helped me and my husband and my children get approved for our dream home for our dream Location perfect to my son’s school, so I never had to switch some schools when I was moving into the community. And they have professionally handled and addressed and fix every situation! I had an emergency water break this morning and they were right on it! I love the team.

I recently rented a property through Desert Wide Properties, with Tiffany Plumber being my main contact. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the entire process. Phone calls, emails, and questions were all addressed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
