Chris Kirk is an excellent realtor and helped me navigate a difficult home purchase - the house I bought was built in 1908 and had no comps in the area. He did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the entire process and negotiating a great deal on my behalf. Do yourself a favor, if you want a realtor that has years of experience and pretty much allows you to hit the "easy" button for buying or selling, use Chris Kirk as your realtor! P.S. "How behaviors" matter, and Chris is genuinely a fantastic person and fun to work with.
