My husband and I worked with Jody Buck to shop for, and ultimately purchase, our first home in this absolute nightmare of a housing market. We were as chaotic as any first time homebuyers, I'm sure, with the added pizazz of needing to relocate from Northern VA and always having our infant in tow. Jody's market and industry expertise were invaluable in our search, but her attention to detail, flexibility, and mind-reading abilities are truly what got us to closing day. Plus, and this might be the most important part, Jody is someone you'd be totally happy to spend hours a day for weeks on end driving around and chatting with.

We asked Jim Gunsiorowski of Cummings & Co. to help us sell a rental property we owned that needed a considerable amount of work. When we had a family emergency and needed to be away from Baltimore, Jim stepped in and found contractors and oversaw their work. We were very grateful, and the house sold quickly.
