I am in the development and construction industry and had known Michael off and on for years through crossing paths on different projects and every interaction with him for years had been genuine and positive, which was already refreshing. When we decided to list our home to move internationally, Michael was the only person we reached out to, even knowing hundreds of people in the Utah real estate industry. Michael and his team have an amazing finger on the pulse of the market and are really genuinely personable. Many realtors get an often deserved bad rap but I can honestly say Michael and the team (Ashley in particular) are not that way and are completely opposite of the trope about realtors being lazy or dishonest. Ashley and Michael are honest, responsive, hardworking, and kind. Genuine, positive relationships are so important and more rare by the day, so I can’t express enough how encouraging this entire experience has been. The other massive asset that you get using Michael and the perry group is that they also work in development and construction and they’re often buying and selling their own properties so they actually understand what you’re going through and empathise with you, whilst also having that current market exposure and knowledge that many realtors don’t have.

Michael had a straight forward and very efficient plan to both market and sell my house. I have been concerned about the market, and Michael delivered the truth I needed to hear but also somehow secured me a record price while doing so. He brought his team over to help touch up the place, and give design advice that would prove to net me tens of thousands. Far more worth it than the listing charge. Thanks Michael!
