Paula was a delight to work with. We are first-time home buyers. She walked us through each step. She is patient and kind. She answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they were. I was so surprised at how well she kept us informed; it felt like we were her only concern! She knows her stuff and was great at giving us all the little tips we needed to make our purchase successful. We used a VA Loan, which is more work, but there was no indication from her that it was a problem. She learned what we were looking for and found it for us!
