I had Matthew Stout review a Buy and Sell Agreement for me for some commercial property I wanted to buy. The agreement seemed straight forward, but this was my first commercial real estate purchase, so I needed him to explain a lot of the legal jargon. Mr. Stout did an excellent job. He gave me a 30 minute complimentary consultation and was very thorough, but also kept the time in mind. After reviewing all sections of the contract with me and answering all my questions, the time was exactly 30 minutes.
