Julie did the architectural drawings for Nocturne. Nocturne was a challenging project - restoring and converting a 98 year old warehouse space into a live jazz venue and fine dining restaurant. Julie was superb in every facet - great design, clear communication, and a thoughtful partner in times of collaboration. We can't recommend her enough.

My husband and I recommend Julie highly. We contacted Julie about a remodel of our home. She was responsive and drove 3 hours to look at the project. She spent plenty of time taking measurements and understanding what we wanted. She had some great ideas that we hadn’t thought of that are now part of the plan. We went back and forth numerous times to finalize the plan. She always responded in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with her work.

Julie has an amazing vision! Back in 2018 Studio Spinnato helped me redesign my condo in Silverthorne. New kitchen layout and opened up the space. Most recently Julie designed our new house! Both places turned out wonderful!!

Paul was great to work with! We initially wanted to pop the top of our Denver bungalow. However, after encountering unexpected foundation issues, we made the tough choice to rebuild. Paul worked with us to streamline ideas from the pop top to the new build and ensure that materials we had already procured could be reused. Paul is flexible, and will make any changes you deem necessary. He also has great vision and can suggest design ideas if you are stuck. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Paul Minor is an outstanding architect... we couldn't be more pleased with him. We at Covington Custom Homes have built over 400 homes over the past 30 years, but this was our first residential construction in Colorado and Paul was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible. We look forward to working with him again.

We have worked with the owner on multiple projects. She does an amazing job with her design work. Listens to the clients to fit the design to their wants and dreams. She is professional and responsive. Would highly recommend this company for your construction and planning needs.

Alisa helped us design our garage to primary suite conversion as well as designing a new attached garage. She listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating. Even when we ultimately had to change a good portion of our plan at the last minute, sh didn’t hesitate to help and we very much appreciated her support and knowledge.

Alisa was absolutely amazing in helping us with our total square footage of a commercial space we are leasing. Our landlord was not providing exact measurements. She was amazing and a life saver.
