In addition to the office renovation projects in Manhattan, Matt Evans also managed an extensive residential project for us in Greenwich Village. In all cases, we found the Matt and his team to be creative and attentive and the working relationship was smooth and upbeat. We are delighted with the results of all of the projects. We had a wonderful experience working with Xiomara Paredes. From the minute we met Xiomara, we knew she was the right choice. We wanted to add a master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet; however, we had some size constraints given our lot. Her vision and ability to think outside the box enabled us to fully achieve our goals. Xiomara was also a pleasure to work with, listened to us and exceeded our expectations. The addition is beautiful and we are loving our new space!

Xiomara is absolutely brilliant. She stepped foot into our home and immediately knew what we needed to do -- which walls should come down, what should remain, and where we needed to build. If it weren't for her vision, incredible aesthetic, and attention to every detail, we wouldn't have the dream home we have today. After the renovation was complete, we decided to make some new changes upstairs to accommodate our growing family. We were in a serious time crunch and Xiomara and Jeffrey (who is also amazing!) did everything to expedite our project so that it would be done as soon as possible.
