Mark Candelaria and Meredith Thomson designed our retirement dream home and every day we enjoy the benefits of their experience, artistry, and detail. The Candelaria team was organized, professional, and efficient and they worked hand-in-hand with our builder and interior designers to achieve amazing results in a truly collegial and professional collaboration. Although we were out of town for most of the build, their communication was outstanding throughout and we always felt involved through the entire process. In particular, whenever we raised a desired design feature, their response was always enthusiastic and they went to work making it happen. Mark Candelaria is a master architect and designer. He is absolutely brilliant at listening to his client's ideas (no matter how fuzzy those ideas may be) developing them and then placing them into the design of anything he creates.
